Client Profile:
The client is a UK-based Original Equipment Manufacturer of specialist products.
Background:
The client needed to find a source of manufacture capable of using a variety of production methods through to assembly, but with the emphasis that companies already producing similar products had to be disqualified due to the sensitivity of the client's product knowledge and security.
Outcome:
Metpro Global Sourcing secured a partnership with a manufacturer with the technical know-how. We also located manufacturers local to the partner of all the processes needed. This culminated in not only meeting the client's original specification but has developed into a true long term partnership whereby the final manufacturer now has a large input in product development
