From an original supply of simple pressed parts, an initial range of components suitable for outsource were identified and Metpro were commissioned to utilise their expertise to manage Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Logistics of parts supplied

Customer Concern

The client had some bad experiences in the past with sourcing components from overseas (even from its own satellite manufacturing sites)
The main issues were Quality Assurance and Continuity of Supply.
Metpro took control of the Quality procedures and Supply chain from conception to delivery, ensuring that the client had the RIGHT parts at the RIGHT time
