The client is a key distributor of Fastenings and Category C items in the UK with a Global presence.

Services used:

Metpro were offered a range of basic turned parts and pressings, and based on the success of these products, now supplies an increased range that includes Plastic Mouldings, Die-casts, Spring Clips, cold forged parts and assemblies.

Customer Concern

The client had some concerns about Product Quality and the ability of its supplier to assist with any Quality issues that could arise, some not caused by the supplier but the end user,
Metpro being a UK based company allayed any fears and have supported their clients and the end user using its Engineering and Technical knowledge via a 3-way approach, at all times ensuring anonymity.
