Customer Profile:

The client is a large UK based Manufacturer of specialist building products.

Services used:

Originally Metpro was used for the procurement of basic components that would be used in the assembly of final products.
Using the expertise of Metpro’s manufacturing partners the customer quickly moved towards Metpro supplying more complex sub-assemblies and finally to its position now of supplying “Badged” and “Packaged” finished products.

Customer Concern

The client had some bad experiences in the past with sourcing components from overseas
The main issue was the consistency of Quality.
Metpro took control of the Quality from conception to delivery,
Producing an electronic library of drawings and Quality procedures, allowing a transparent “system” for the utilisation of all parties
Ensuring that the client had the right parts at the right time

Update

The client is now winning new business in the market place by supplying a Quality product ( the business had been built on a quality product) but now by supplying at the right price the arena for activity has grown,
